This is a highly interactive class that will incorporate reading sight word sentences with movement breaks. Research shows that students learn better when they are active. This is a great class for students that have a difficult time focusing on one thing for a period of time. As students learn new words, those words will be incorporated within the new sentences. 1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
For safety reasons children should have an open area to workout and complete the activity. A water bottle is suggested. As with any exercise program there is always a potential for injuries, parental guidance is recommended.
