Description

Class Experience

During this one on one sight word tutoring, students will learn 5 new sight words each session through various activities such as build sight word, recite sight word, sight word game, and read sight words in several sentences. This course is for beginner readers or students who are struggling with sight words. I will use the Dolch Sight Word List. I will have a word schedule that I will send before class or if you have a request for specific words, I can help your child with those as well....

Students will learn 5 new sight words every session.

optional items that students can bring to class are magnetic letters and flash cards. Items are not needed but can help students if they need manipulatives to guide them.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
