Class Experience

Sight Word Summer Olympics is kicking off soon! It is summer time! Let's mix summer fun with sight words! Do you want to be a SIGHT WORD ATHLETE this summer? Do you want to review sight words from last school year or learn new sight words for the upcoming school year? The structure of this class will be interactive for the learners. Students will have a class that is focused on reading sight words while competing with other students in games. All of the words in the competitions will be from...

This class is taught in English.

Learners will learn to read single sight words. Learners will learn to read sight words in sentences. Learners will have fun while learning in reading competitions.

No homework.

No supplies needed!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

No assessment.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

All content will be child-friendly with no needed warnings.

Dolch Sight Word List will be used by the teacher for the contents of this class.
