Show and Tell Club with Mrs. Judith

Ready, Set, Go!  Let's jump into show and tell time with Mrs. Judith and my friends. During this class, your child will get the opportunity to show off their toys. 

The class will have a slide show that requires your child to find that object around their house. An example of this would be presenting a slideshow asking students to find their favorite toy, snack, or shirt. The student will have two minutes to find the object that was asked to find. Once everyone is back from finding their object each student will take turns talking about it. 


Rules: 
-Have fun 
- Be respectful when others are sharing
-No running when getting your item.
- Put your item back where you found it after presenting. 

Learning Target:

Public speaking: Students learn to be comfortable speaking in front of an audience. Students will also  use descriptive language and complete sentences

Social skills: Students learn to be respectful audience members, and attentive listeners, and to use polite language. 

Empathy: Students  learn to appreciate different perspectives and stories, which helps them connect with others
