This is a social group that meets once a week for show and tell, discussion and games. Every week students will bring an item of their choice to present to the group. I will coach and guide them as they grow their presentation skills and confidence while speaking in front of others. I strive to create a safe and encouraging environment where students can feel comfortable being themselves and building their skills while they make friends with kids from all over. Each class will begin with an icebreaker question to help them get to know each other, find similar interests or learn something new about their friends. We will have show and tell and will play various games when we are not carried away by an awesome discussion. All learners are encouraged to share and discuss but never forced. They are more than welcome to be an observer if they do not feel like answering a question or presenting an item. My goal is to give each learner a safe place to grow confidence and build friendships at their own pace.

Hello parents and learners! I am a Theater teacher as well as a professional actress, voice-over artist, and singer. I teach a variety of classes dedicated to theater and music. I invite you to check out my online classroom!
I have a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Arts and 13 years of experience working in Theater Arts and Music education with all ages from toddlers to adults. I worked as a theater and music teaching artist at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville, Tennessee for the past 8 years as well as the Disney Musicals in Schools program bringing the magic of Disney to elementary and middle schools.
I have worked at The Great Lakes Theater in Cleveland, Ohio bringing classic theater to grades K-12 as both a professional actor and teacher and I am a former vocal coach at the School of Rock.
I love teaching and giving my students the necessary tools to become theater and music artists themselves. My goal is to build their confidence and help them make a personal connection with what they are learning. And of course, have fun along the way!
I am a mommy to a sweet 5-year-old boy, 3 year old girl and a brand new baby boy. I am also married to a wonderful fellow Outschool music teacher named Jared. I have an adorable dog named Walt who you may even see in the classroom. See ya soon!Reviews
