This student-led social class, taught by an Autistic teacher, is designed to give neurodiverse students an opportunity to practice communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills while exploring new words through simple tabletop games. This class is taught in English.
Students will practice communication skills through role-playing games. Students will practice critical thinking and problem-solving. Students will develop leadership and collaboration skills. Students will have fun!
I've been playing and leading tabletop games for the past eleven years. I have run multiple gaming groups for neurodivergent learners.
All supplies will be digital.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
We will be using games from Board Game Arena.
