Class Experience
Each meeting will be focused on increasing self-confidence and emotional management. Tools discussed will be: self-talk, mirror talk, meditations, HeartMath tools, journaling, intention setting, visualizing, and creativity. Class #1: The Learner will learn about neural pathways, and will create intentions/goals the next 6 months. I am a HeartMath Coach and Personal Development teacher with 7 years of experience working with kids of all ages in the personal development world. I have a degree in Psychology and a degree in Education. All of my experience comes together in a harmonious way to help kids feel empowered to shine their unique light and help the world.
