Class Experience

Learners will learn relaxation skills to use when they are feeling anxious, worried or scared. 
I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional and have been teaching these techniques to children with various diagnoses for over eight years. 
Homework is not required, though students will be provided hand-outs to practice the four skills on their own for mastery, if they wish. 
 1 file available upon enrollment
A handout will be provided to print, or students may use a sheet of their own paper if a printer isn't available. A writing utensil will be needed.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
