Class Experience

Students will discuss copyright, trademark, and patent law as it relates to episode 4 of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. It is not a requirement to have seen the episode, but it will certainly help. Depending on time we can also discuss fair use, trade secrets, NDAs and of course, the future of She-Hulk's character.
I have taught introductory Business Law courses at the college level.
