Join anytime into this ongoing course where students will meet once a week to show off their art work to the class as well as discuss different ideas, techniques, and more. Each lesson will start with an introductory question for the class, then we will transition into time for each of the students to show their art and explain a little about their ideas, process, and final result. If time allows, after each student is done, I will have prepared a quick slide show to show and explain about a new artist each week. This way the students are introduced to a variety of artists and works, that will hopefully inspire them to join again the next week and show what they have made. This class will be highly interactive, as the students will lead most of the discussion over their pieces. Not only will students get to share their works, but this class will also serve as a meeting to discuss ideas they might have on a new project, helping work through some issues they might be stuck on when creating a piece, how to title their work, and much more.

Students will improve their confidence when showing their art, as well as gain inspiration from others.

Supply List
Any and all art work that you are most proud of and want to show off (I suggest around 2-3 pieces for each meeting). These can be anything from canvas paintings, digital art, sketches from a sketch book, sculptures, a short film, photography and anything else. Please just make sure that we will all be able to see it over the camera and that it is appropriate.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hi!
My name is Tatiana and I will be teaching classes mainly focused on art and the environment. I believe when we open our minds and learn to fully express our creativity, we can achieve anything. Art allows for the mind to wander freely and when we learn to embrace the chase of our imagination, we can create some awesome pieces. Although my classes are fun and art-filled, we will still be learning lots of transferable skills and new information from the art as well as the mini-lesson after.
