This class will focus on communication skills. At the beginning of the class, I will talk about expectations for the speaker and the audience. I will start by sharing my sticker collection and give time for the students to ask me questions. Each of the students will then be given 5 minutes to present their collection and 2 minutes for Q&A. Students can expect to learn what the expectations are for a speaker and how to be a good audience. These are skills that will help them learn how to speak in front of an audience and how to be a good listener. This will also allow students to work on their observation skills and give them an opportunity to ask questions. There are no required experience or knowledge that is needed. The only requirement is that the collection is kid friendly and appropriate for students.
