Description

Class Experience

Before coming to the class students need to know how to find the area of a square and rectangle. I will work with students to help them discover how to find the area of a triangle, parallelogram, and trapezoid! 

For this class students will be drawing shapes using a ruler or other straight edge tool, and cutting the shapes that they drew. Students need to have access to graph paper, a pencil, a straight edge or ruler, and scissors.
