Students should come prepared with a Shakespeare monologue that they are very familiar with or already have memorized. We will discuss the meaning of the monologue, and may look up particularly archaic words in the Shakespeare Lexicon. The student will perform their monologue multiple times during class, and I will coach them on delivery, clarity, and intention.
