In this 4 week class, we will dive deep into a historical and literary study of Shakespeare's play.

Background of the play and Shakespeare

Act 5 and overall themes
Students will learn how plays were constructed in Elizabethan England, as well as exploring the literary features of this play.
I have a master's degree from the University of Cambridge and 17  years of teaching experience.  I am an AP approved teacher in AP literature and world history.
Homework Offered
Optional writing assignments will be provided each week.
Assessments Offered
Assessment can be provided in any way the family requests.
Grades Offered
At times literature involves themes such as violence or racism.  Parental guidance is suggested for any themes to meet the maturity level of their own learners.  Sensitive topics will be handled with care, and the family support of parents is requested.
