Description
Class Experience
Students will learn to read and analyze Shakespeare's writing. They will also learn to evaluate human behavior in writing and history, and see how it applies to their lives. They will also be able to create and articulate their own opinion on what they have analyzed and evaluated.
I was trained to teach the Shakespeare Conquest class by the Leadership Education Mentoring Institute. I was an assistant in the class the first two years, and then I taught for the following two years. This is just one part of this class since it works better on the online platform.
Each week the students will be assigned a reading assignment, and writing assignment. They will also work on memorization at home.
Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare Cliff's Complete version, and a planner or notebook paper for writing down notes, or assignments.

The learner will receive feedback on work that is turned in. They receive a reward for completing all requirements.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Shakespeare's writing can have some mature content. The play Romeo and Juliet does contain blood, and violence.
Romeo and Juliet written by Shakespeare should also be obtained by each family. The Cliff's Complete (not Cliff's Notes) is recommended.
