Class Experience
In part 2 of this one time class, students will begin to use what they learned about the SH sound from part 1 of this class to read and comprehend. It is not required students take part 1, but it is beneficial for students to have an introduction to the sound SH and identifying it before this class. Here is a breakdown of what to expect in this class: -Greeting -Rush to Read: Fluency Game Video! -Finding Shells: Match words to pictures -Feed the Shark: Sorting real/nonsense...
Students will begin to read and comprehend the digraph SH.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will be assessed during the retell section at the end of class.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
