In this 19 week semester class, we continue to learn and improve sewing skills such as machine use, basic garment construction, seam finishing, pockets, pleats, and much more. Each week the teacher will give step-by-step instructions.
Class experience
We will meet one time a week. Each week, the instructor will show a new project. Learners will then begin their project. Instructor provides tips, tricks and advice while the learners work on their project. This course is designed for the advanced beginner, learner should have mastered beginner sewing skills. Parental guidance, as needed. We will be using scissors, cutting tools, sharp objects, sewing needles and a sewing machine.
