Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
During the class you will learn; The anatomy of a sewing machine How to thread a sewing machine How to wind your bobbin Tension and how to solve tension issues 3 different stitch styles and when to use them Following the class the learner will be ready to begin simple sewing projects.
BA (Hons) Design Technology for the fashion industry MSc Fashion Marketing Experience in one to one and group classes teaching sewing, pattern cutting and dressmaking.
The learner will require a working sewing machine, scissors, thread and scrap woven fabric (not stretchy)
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The class will be using a sewing machine with a needle as well as scissors.
