This class is taught in English.
I started sewing at age 12 and remember the frustrations I had. I built this course to help young beginners navigate through the first steps of learning to sew but in a fun and creative way. In high school I took a beginner sewing course for a semester but the teacher realized that I was not a beginner, took me aside the whole semester and tutored me personally to fill in the gaps of my self learning. I've been sewing and have sewed everything from my own clothes, to all of my bridesmaids dresses, to upholstering furniture and making custom costumes.

Learners may need help operating their sewing machines or using the iron. I may or may not use Youtube to give learners links to extra applicable content or sewing tips. They do not need an account to view them through Outschool classroom.
