We will learn basic sewing skills while we make a very cute pop tart! We will learn how to cut the fabric, thread a needle, tie a knot, separate embroidery floss, use pins, and add detail work. Students will be encouraged to be creative with their project! We will work together during our online class to make the project. There is no pre-requisite experience! Student will need to purchase required materials for class prior to our first meeting. Instructions will be posted in our classroom on how to cut the fabric prior to class. First class: (Students will have cut fabric out with template provided by teacher prior to class) We will learn how to sew the “sprinkles” on the frosting. We will learn how to stitch the frosting to our cookie piece. Second class: We will learn how to attach our cookie pieces together and complete the project!
