Class Experience

Essentially, we will reflect and write about how "service shapes us." Community service is a common theme in job, scholarship, and college applications. Additionally, many students are asked about their "community contributions" when applying for various volunteer and leadership positions. In this class, we will reflect on our rewarding experiences and growth. We can also discuss future opportunities and goals. This class is taught in English.

There is no homework.

Learners will need paper, pencils, and an eraser. They can bring whatever else they want to use (e.g., pens and highlighters).

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
