Students will develop their motor skills through different activities which include a rotating schedule of activities. Students will learn the proper way to Stretch muscles to increase flexibility. Different Workout exercises to develop muscle, students will learn Proper Running Technique through Form Running. I have 45 years of teaching Physical Education, and 45 years of Coaching experience at elementary, Junior High School , and High School. I am currently the Athletic Director at my school I taught at. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education.
