Does your child struggle with managing difficult emotions or low self-esteem? Join Teacher Jessie's Self Talk 101 class where students will learn how to use self talk as a tool to increase self-esteem and cope with challenging emotions. In a safe and supportive environment, students will explore what self talk is, how to implement it into their lives, and avoid toxic positivity. They will also learn about growth and fixed mindsets, limiting beliefs, and self-esteem. Through interactive activities and group discussions, students will develop a new positive self talk habit while having fun and making new friends. If the scheduled class times don't work for you, check out the flexible schedule version of the class. Please note that this class features a Kahoot! challenge, so students should download the app or be prepared to participate via www.kahoot.it. Teacher Jessie's classes are interactive, and students are encouraged to share appropriately, which may change the direction of class or allow for social conversation on a variety of topics. Class may exceed scheduled time, but will always fill the scheduled time frame. Sign up now to help your child develop a healthy relationship with themselves and their emotions.
