Welcome to our self-paced mindfulness and affirmations class! :) This self-paced mindfulness and affirmations journey is designed to help your child dream big, build confidence, and develop the tools they need for emotional balance. Our course offers the same care and intentionality as our live classes, with the added flexibility of learning at your child’s own pace. Each day features a structured routine that builds consistency and encourages growth. What to Expect: Daily Connection Each session begins with a warm welcome from us—Mr. Chad and Mrs. Cait. Our goal is to create a sense of belonging and foster support throughout the course. Mindful Focus Daily guided exercises such as meditations or breathing practices help your child feel grounded and ready to take on the day. Interactive Missions Activities like gratitude exercises, goal-setting, and creative self-expression are designed to promote emotional awareness and self-management. Positive Affirmations Every session concludes with affirmations to instill confidence and encourage positive self-talk. Weekly Themes: Week 1: Dreaming Big Students will identify their goals and begin visualizing their success. Week 2: Building the Foundation We’ll focus on creating actionable steps and practicing self-compassion. Week 3: Confidence Building Students will develop self-esteem and strategies to overcome self-doubt. Week 4: Staying Mindful and Focused We’ll work on building resilience and maintaining focus through mindfulness. Week 5: Reflecting and Growing Students will celebrate their progress, practice gratitude, and reflect on their journey. Why This Class Works: Designed to help children struggling with focus, motivation, or anxiety. Beneficial for students experiencing outbursts or self-esteem challenges. Creates a consistent and positive routine that builds emotional resilience. Important: While this course is self-paced, students will benefit most from consistent practice. Parents play a key role in encouraging their child’s participation and supporting their growth. Small, daily efforts lead to meaningful results. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from CSUSB
Mr. Chad holds a masters in Guidance and Counseling with several years of first hand experience in the field. Mrs. C hold a Bachelors in Child Development and has been working with children for over 13 years. We have both been teaching on Outschool in this type of class for a few years now. We have enjoyed building this community and helping others learn how to look at the bright side of life and practice taking time to breath. We are traveling to Vietnam for the month of January and don't want our students to miss the opportunity to keep practicing and keep getting that daily boost of positivity. We will be back on Feb 3 for LIVE classes. If you can't attend that time slot, I am so glad we now have this opportunity to meet more time slots and provide a self paced class for your child. We hope to make more courses like this in the future. With your support, we will.
