Class Experience

This beginners ASL class does NOT meet live.

This class is a wonderful option for learners who are not able to meet live each week or would prefer a flexible schedule that can be set to their own liking.

Each lesson in this 12 week class contains a video lesson with demonstration of all signs. In addition to the video lesson, handouts are posted that go along with the video lesson. The handouts are pictures of the signs that are taught in the lessons. Students can utilize the videos and handouts to help them practice. Students are welcome to share videos with the teacher as they would like. Though it is not a requirement to share. Students will be offered extra enriching activities to do. I will give students the opportunity to complete extra signing activities throughout the week for feedback and extra practice. Each video lesson will have fun brain break activities that teach signs as we play the activity.

Please refer to the class syllabus for a detailed listing of each lesson. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to sharing ASL with you!
