I have many years of experience working with students in various settings. I have a graduate degree in School Psychology. I enjoy teaching others about aspects of mindfulness, gratitude, and self care. 
-A blank sheet of paper -Coloring tool of choice (markers, crayons, or colored pencils) -Pencil
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
