Learners will be able to use necessary vocabulary and phrases to describe faces, invite people to do things, talk about where and talk about food in Chinese. Content is delivered and practiced using activities such as matching games, role-play and dialogue drills. Question/answer patterns take place between both student-student and teacher-student. Students will be speaking at least 50% of the class to practice the language with their classmates and teacher. Vocabulary practice and videos are provided in between classes along with writing sheets for practicing writing Chinese characters that correspond with what is being learned in class.

Be able to ask and answer the question "where?" in Chinese

Parental Guidance
Youtube videos and Quizlet links will be provided. Learners are not required to create and account to login to view these.
Pre-Requisites
Learners should already have some Chinese under their belt being about to create complete sentences and have a few question/answer exchanges and know basic vocabulary such as numbers, colors, animals, family members and hobbies.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
