Class Experience

Are you looking for meaningful spelling practice?

In this class, students will learn more than just lists of spelling words. They will learn rules of spelling and how to spell, which will help enrich their vocabulary and improve their reading comprehension.

Students will learn the words in class, have the opportunity to practice them with activities, then participate in a quiz to test their retention. Students will also be able to practice and review the new spelling words and rules at home...

With more than 10 years of English teaching experience and homeschool teaching experience, I look forward to helping your learner become proficient at spelling!

Students will be provided spelling lists to review and practice after each lesson.

Spelling lists will be posted to the classroom weekly.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

There is no formal assessment for this class.

30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
