Students who need review of second grade language arts concepts and/or want to get a jump start on a new school year will meet twice a week for five weeks to learn and practice essential second grade language arts standards...all taught by a veteran elementary teacher.

Class Experience
As an elementary school teacher with over 22 years of experience in the classroom, there is nothing more rewarding than helping my students learn and grow with confidence in academics. Using second grade standards introduced and taught in second grade, students will engage in focused phonics skills lessons, high frequency word practice, guided reading activities and journal writing.
