Class Experience

In this ongoing class, second and third-graders will learn a well-rounded reading comprehension curriculum through leveled reading Aesop's Fables, with a focus on vocabulary, story themes, and total story comprehension.

Each class will begin with a short warm-up to get students engaged with the teacher and the lesson material. Each lesson will be focused on one of Aesop's Fable story so students can master the reading, vocabulary, message, theme, and full story comprehension by the end of...

In this ongoing class, second and third-graders will learn a well-rounded reading comprehension curriculum through leveled reading Aesop's Fables, with a focus on vocabulary, story themes, and total story comprehension. As each class is meant as a stand-alone, by the end of each class, students will have a full grasp of the lesson's story, themes, and vocabulary.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
