In this 8-week class for primary learners, we will explore the whole of the universe, working our way from our neighborhoods up.

Homework Offered
The children may be asked to complete an art project, observation, drawing, etc. These will all be optional, but I will make sure to note what projects will add to the learner's enjoyment and understanding. There will be time in each class for the learners to share their ideas and projects,0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

I will provide a list of books each week as well as ideas and materials needed for the next week's class. For week one, please * Put two toilet papers side by side and connect them with tape or a rubber band to create binoculars * Decorate a paper towel tube to create a "nature scope" * Paper and drawing materials Consider being outside or near a window for the first week of class, as we will be focusing on observing the familiar, both indoors and outside!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
This class will teach scientific theories, including evolution and the Big Bang.
Each week, I will provide a list of books, websites, etc. that can be used at home to reinforce the lessons.
