The students will learn all about popular toys from throughout history. The class will cover 15 different toys ranging from about 40 years old to over a 1000 years old. Each student will get a chance to guess the name, the date of origin, and how children played with each toy. The teaching style of this class includes a fun opening activity, slides, and discussions. The students will be actively involved and will use critical thinking. No required experience or knowledge is necessary for this class, but it is very helpful for the students to be fluent in English.
Learning Goals
Students will learn the names and dates of origin of 15 popular toys from throughout history, as well as how children played with each toy.

Welcome! My name is Keith Kantorek. I teach lessons that are fun, interesting, and involve critical thinking.
I have a bachelor's degree in the teaching of social studies and am certified to teach social studies for grades 6-12.
Students can expect engaging lessons that are challenging. My hope is that my students will leave my classes with an excitement to share their new information with their family and friends.
I have 5 years of public school teaching experience and am currently a full-time Outschool teacher.
