I have been baking for over half of my life and it is one of my passions. In addition to being a self taught baker, I have also taken many courses on French baking, cookies, bread, cakes and more. Currently, I run an at home bakery where I bake for many different types of events. I have also been teaching young learners for the last ten years and have loved being able to combine my passion for baking and teaching on the Outschool platform. I can't wait to teach your learner all of the tips and tricks I have picked up throughout the years.
Enjoy those treats! Also, please share photos of your finished bakes so our class can cheer you on and admire your work! :) Also, please make sure to leave out butter and other ingredients before class if the recipe requires it to be "softened" or "at room temperature."
