In this one-time class, the students will learn about sea turtles. The students will learn about sea turtles. The students will read the book together National Geographic Readers: Sea Turtles by Laura Marsh (used with permission). The students will be shown a picture of a sea turtle. The students will be shown a real picture of a sea turtle. The students will draw a sea turtle on watercolour paper with oil pastels . The students will paint the sea turtles with oil pastels. I will be doing the art project with the students. At the end of the class, the students can show their art projects to the class.

Parental Guidance
Please supervise your student when they are doing their art project by making sure you are not on the camera.
