Each week, the teacher will guide the students through a discovery of a new aspect of the sea. Students will learn about the the basics of different aspects of the sea through class discussion, coloring, games, and crafts.
Handouts will be provided prior to each class that will go along with the lesson for the week. A material list (if any) will also be listed in the classroom each week to go along with the lesson for the week so students can come to class prepared. Most often students will use crayons, markers, scissors, glue, or construction paper.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students may need to use scissors during some of the craft times in class and may need help during this time.
