The students will need the following: 
* Sculpy or Fimo clay in a variety of colors, I suggest two packets for some of the colors: 
        - skin color (x2)
        - hair color
        - two or more different colors for the dress
        - black and white for eyes, and other details
        - red or pink for the lips
* Armature wire/soft aluminum wire, anywhere between 16 to 20 gauge. 
* Jewelry wire cutters that are safe and easy to use. 
* Basic clay tools. In the absence of the tools, a toothpick, or a large plastic sewing needle will work for most things.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Younger learners may require parental assistance making the clay more malleable. We will also be using wire, soft aluminum wire is best. The students may require assistance cutting the wire, depending on their age and ability. At the end of the lesson, once our fairy is complete, the learners will need assistance with the use the oven in order to bake the completed project. 

Note to parents, please be sure to follow instructions when baking the clay. The temperatures for this kind of clay is often quite low (around 250 degrees), and is stated on the clay box or wrapper.
