It can be difficult to assess the correct level when we have not taught the child prior. ---------------------------- REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS: Coding: 1. Students will be required to have a desktop computer or a laptop to take this class in order to code on Scratch 3.0. Students should not be using tablets or iPad's. 2. Students are required to have a keyboard during class, this will help them code. 3. Students may take the class with one device but they will need to have two screens opened at the same time. 4. Students are required to have an account with Scratch. This will help them save their projects. The website is: https://scratch.mit.edu/ Zoom: 1. It is strongly encouraged to have two devices. One device for Zoom (laptop, desktop computer or tablet) and a second device for coding (no tablets or iPad's). *Please note, not all classes may run each week since this is a subscription based course. We do require a certain amount of learners to continue to run the section. Sections may temporarily stop or end based on the numbers of students enrolled each week.
