Class Experience

Beginner Level
Have you ever felt like your Scratch game's sprites didn't live up to your expecations? Or are you a young digital artist looking for a new way to make your art engaging and interactive?

This camp is designed to introduce various digital art apps to new digital artists, Scratch coders, and game designers. Throughout the course, students will learn how to design around a theme, create beautiful digital art, and bring their games to life!

I will teach you how to create a fun, engaging, and beautiful virtual board game using Scratch. We will explore several different apps and techniques for making better sprites and background pictures including Photopea, Graphite, Canva, and the Scratch platform's image editor.

See the syllabus for the day-by-day lesson description.
