Jeepers! Someone stole Scooby's snacks! Are you ready to help find them? Let's go! In this one time class, learners will go on an adventure with Scooby-Doo! We are going to practice and learn our rhyming words. Rhyming is an important step before students can learn how to read. This class is a fun way for learners to practice this skill. We will first start the class by introducing ourselves and learning about the problem at hand. Who really stole Scooby's snacks? Next, learners will be asked a series of questions and be given rhyming clues to help Scooby-Doo solve the mystery! Learners will be interacting with others and will work together to solve this rhyming game. Lastly, we will end with our goodbyes. My goal for this class is to make learning rhymes fun for my students which is why this class is very interactive. I look forward to seeing you in class!
Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of rhymes. They will also work on their social skills by interacting with other students to help solve the mystery.
