Description
Class Experience
I have taught elementary school children as a public school teacher and I have taught kindergarten through high school science classes . I do have a Bachelors of Science degree in education, and I am a certified teacher in the state of Texas.
Learners must prepare the chocolate the day before meeting number 4; The instructions will be included in the class supplies list.
1 file available upon enrollmentA complete list of the supplies is in the classroom as a pdf. 1 small bottle of liquid red food coloring chocolate syrup table salt water Isopropyl alcohol at least 70% 2 drinking glasses (8 ounces at least) Pencil Glass or plastic eye dropper Vegetable oil 2 plain chocolate candy bars (Hershey chocolate bar for example) A pdf of the supply list will be in the classroom.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
The kids will be using vegetable oil. They will also be rinsing their mouths with salt water. Rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) will be used on day 3. Chocolate is used on Day 4.
