In this one-time class, learners will join Teacher Jolene for a read-aloud of Tide Pools by Laura Marsh.  Teacher Jolene will help lead through this non-fiction book about tide pools with discussion, a circle (schema) and tree map (can; have; are), a direct draw, and simple writing.  Learners will be asked to share their direct drawing and writing with Teacher Jolene.  Class will conclude by singing a tide pool song and/or chant and enjoying a favorite snack (provided by learner’s family).  Hope your learner can join us!
