I have been an elementary teacher for 20 years. I spent many of those years as a kindergarten teacher. These years were some of my most memorable years in the profession. My roles in education have changed a lot over the years. I spent the last 5 years as a Learning Resource teacher. As an LRT I spent most of my time supporting early literacy learners to master reading. I hold additional qualifications in Primary education. Special education (Gifted Learners), and in Mathematics.
