I start by explaining how seeds grow into a plant through the three parts of a seed and what each part is responsible for in the growing cycle. Then I teach the three stages of the germination process.  Finally, I will show the 5 things needed to grow your own plants from seeds and how to keep track of that growth as you learn the scientific process of growing your own plants from seed.
