Students will learn what is so amazing about these roly poly bugs. 
Students will learn why are they named roly poly, and why do they roll up into a tight ball.
Students will learn how they survive, and do they have something in common with other animals or insects.
Students will learn do the roly poly help with the garden, are they considered as a bug, how do they protect their babies, where do they live, how do they protect our environment. 
Students will answer questions of what they learned about the roly poly.
Students will learn how to draw a roly poly bug. 
How will the lesson be taught:
Doc cam, engagement, discussion. 
Great lesson for students who love bugs or just science.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance in case of technical difficulties or logging on. Students do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. They do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
