Teacher expertise and credentials
California Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education
I have a master's degree in teaching with reading as a specialty. I also have been trained to use brain techniques that help students to remember what is being taught from a program called GLAD (Guided Language Acquistion). I have been an avid gardener and finished a garden design and coaching program which has helped me to grow gardens for people in all parts of the world through online classes and consultations. I first learned to love gardening while homeschooling my kids at a young age. Since then, gardening has become a part of our family's life and we make space garden every day. I love to show families how to do the same.
