Science Fundamentals: Part 2 [FLEX]

What is gravity? 
How do animals survive in their habitats? 
Why are some stars brighter than others?
How do our bodies change and grow over time? 
How are the sun, moon, and earth connected?

There are a few of the questions we will explore through our flex class, Science Fundamentals Part 2. 

*You do not have to take part 1 to take part 2* 

In this flex (no live meetings) course, students will learn about fundamental science topics. Each week we will focus on different topics and complete hands-on activities to help learners solidify and apply their knowledge. This class will have lots of hands-on activities and "experiments" that require materials students will need to participate fully. 

Students will interact with the teacher and their classmates through our digital classroom, collaborate with google jamboards, and test their knowledge by completing quizzes in google forms.  

Each week a new "classroom" will be uploaded on Sunday evening and learners will have until Friday to complete tasks and challenges to allow time for assistance and feedback.

The teacher will be available to set aside (2) "check-in" days throughout the duration of the course as needed.
