There are a few of the questions we will explore through our flex class, Science Fundamentals Part 2. *You do not have to take part 1 to take part 2* In this flex (no live meetings) course, students will learn about fundamental science topics. - Students will learn about life cycles of butterflies and frogs - Students will identify various habitats and the animals that live there - Students will identify changes in the human body over time - Students will learn about the function of various body systems - Students will learn about force and motion - Students will learn the different types of force - Students will learn and identify planets in our solar system - Students will learn about various landforms on our planet - Students will learn how the moon, earth, and sun are connected and their functions
- Experiment supply list provided weekly (some items include: beans, plastic cups, sold, construction paper, crayons, glue, play dough, ice cubes)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
