Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 8
Beginner - Intermediate Level
💥 In just one year, you will be transformed into a budding physicist! This course will help you master the wonders of physical science from matter to motion!

🔬 Middle school science is divided into three subjects: physical, earth, and life science. This course covers everything you need to know about middle school physical science in an engaging, fun, and memorable way!

👩‍🔬 Science begins with a question, and that is what every lesson will start with. We will work on answering that lesson question throughout the day, and you will become an expert at answering it! Students will use interactive models and real-world examples to make science come alive and be relevant to their everyday lives.

🔥Student Outcomes:
✅Use interactive models to make science relevant and easy to remember
✅ Build critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills and learn how to ask scientific questions and conduct experiments
✅ Gain communication skills and participate in group discussions with other learners and the instructor

Learning Goals

Students will compare and contrast the states of matter and describe how their structure influences their behavior
Students will learn Newton's Law of Motion and apply them to various situations
