Description

Class Experience

In this ongoing science-club, students will learn about human anatomy, namely their body parts and organs. Each week a new body part will be introduced and discussed. A slide show will accompany class discussion to enhance student learning. Students will sing songs, play a game and learn about the human body. Body topics will include: the five senses, the heart, the lungs, the digestive system, the elimination system, the muscular-skeletal system, and the largest organ of the body, the skin....

Students will increase their knowledge about their body parts. Students will name and point to their major organs at the end of class.

Paper and markers or crayons of choice.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

No outside work required.
