Description

Class Experience

In this multi-day class, kids will create a different science experiment every week.  It will vary between edible and non-edible experiments. 
This class is beginner-friendly, even the most novice scientist will be guided through this class so that he/she may have a blast! 
A week before class, students will be provided with a list of the ingredients needed for that week’s class. 
At the beginning of class, the students should have all of their materials ready and within reach.  The kids will...

Students will improve their understanding of how science works while having fun.

A list of materials will be provided ahead of time for each week but we will be using food coloring, vinegar, oil, glue, water, shaving cream, borax, and scotch guard in a couple of the experiments so please make sure you have these items on hand.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Most items used in the experiments are children friendly, however we will be using scotch guard and borax in 2 of the experiments so please provide your child with supervision with these 2 items.  Please be aware of allergies if your child has any, especially milk as we will be making ice cream and butter in 2 of the experiments.  Thank you.
