Let’s learn to love Science together! The focus of this tutoring class is to coach learners with a personal, customized, learning session based upon the specified needs of each student. My goal is to coach each learner using a fun and interactive classroom. Learners will be expected to engage in two-way discussions related to the topic being covered. By definition, Life Science classes may include sensitive topics such as sexual reproduction and evolution. I have successfully taught these topics and others at the middle and high school level for 16 years. My scientific background in the pharmaceutical industry and 16 years of teaching AP Biology (with exceptional student scores) have provided me with the insight and sensitivity to teach these topics at the appropriate level for each student based on age and course curriculum.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
